LawyerChristopher A. Gray

Christopher’s primary area of practice focuses on Corporate/Commercial Law matters where he deals with a variety of services including: incorporations and dissolutions, corporate updates and reorganizations, and asset/share purchase and sale transactions. Christopher frequently advises a wide range of corporate clients including small family owned business, national corporations, international corporations, and not-for-profit corporations on a variety of Corporate Law matters. Additionally, Christopher regularly deals with Estate Planning and Civil Litigation matters.

Christopher was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario in 2022. In December 2020, Christopher graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School with a Masters of Law in Canadian Common Law. Prior to completing his LL.M., Christopher obtained an LL.B. from the University of Leeds, where he was the Founding President of the Canadian Society, which now has over 200 members (and continues to grow!). Christopher was also an active member of the Leeds Law negotiation, mooting and debate teams as well as an assistant captain of the varsity hockey team. Before his time in Leeds, Christopher graduated from McMaster University with a double major in both History and Anthropology.

Away from the office, Chris enjoys playing golf and hockey, watching sports and auto racing, and traveling the world. As someone who was born and raised in Streetsville, Christopher values giving back and being part of a community that he holds in a special place.
